Skrillex has released a new album, ‘SOMA’. Check it out below.
Out now via Atlantic Records, the 13-track project features new collaborations with Tracey, Chris Lake, Naisha, ANITA B QUEEN, and more, alongside recent singles ‘Duro’ (with Young Miko), ‘Smoke’ (featuring ISOxo), and ‘Thistle’ (with Blawan, Randomer, and MC Dricka). Earlier this week, Skrillex revealed the album’s title and tracklist via Instagram Stories ahead of its official release today.
‘SOMA’ follows the launch of Skrillex’s new event series and multidisciplinary platform CONTRA, which debuted last weekend at Kraftwerk Berlin in collaboration with Berlin Atonal. It also coincides with his return to Primavera Sound festival, where he is set to perform on the Revolut stage tonight (Friday 5th June), before curating and hosting the festival’s CUPRA Pulse stage on Saturday evening.

The record is the artist’s first since 2025’s ‘Fuck U Skrillex You Think Ur Andy Warhol But Ur Not!! <3’, a surprise 34-track release that followed his 2023 double-album era of ‘Quest for Fire’ and ‘Don’t Get Too Close’. Since then, Skrillex has shared a steady run of standalone singles and collaborative projects outside of the album cycle, including ‘Rumble’ with Fred again.. and Flowdan, and the ‘hit me where it hurts x’ EP, featuring Caroline Polachek, Dylan Brady, and more.
